JOB DUTIES:
Creating record producer, Order guides and custom widget for ServiceNow portal. Migrating the changes across various environments in ServiceNow using Update Set. Achieve upgrade versions, upgrade monitor, upgrade plan, cloning and clone scripts. Design Technical Design Documents and Functional Design Documents. ServiceNow instance setup, configure and customize according to business requirements. Involve in designing Service Portal from scratch. Working on various Process of ITIL like Incident management, Change management, and Problem management, User Administration, Asset management and Reporting and Service Portal. Work under supervision. Travel And/or Relocation to unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required.
EDUCATION
Master’s degree in Computer Science/ IT/IS/Engineering(Any) or closely related field with Six (6) months of experience in the job offered or as an IT Consultant/ Analyst/ Programmer/ Developer or closely related field.
EXPERIENCE
Experience of Six (6) months using ServiceNow is required. Travel and/or relocation is required to unanticipated client sites within USA. International travel is not required. The frequency of travel is currently not known as it depends on the client and project requirement that cannot be currently anticipated. Employer provides Information technology services to various clients in USA and hence implementing projects will require such travel.
